Hi, I’m Ignacio.

I’m a computer engineer, and I built this little app because I’m a bit obsessed with background sounds. There’s something about a soft rainfall, the hum of a busy café, or the crackle of a fireplace that just helps me get into the zone — whether I’m coding, reading, writing, or simply trying to quiet my head for a bit. So I thought, why not put together a place where anyone can find their perfect sound to focus?

That’s all this is, really. A small, honest project made by someone who loves what it does.

A few things worth knowing

The sounds are real. Every audio file in this app is a genuine recording. No AI generation, no synthetic blends, no clever trickery — just real audio captured from the real world. I think it matters, and I hope you can hear the difference.

Licensing. I’ve done my best to respect every licence and credit each creator properly. That said, I’m only human (and an engineer, not a lawyer), so if you spot something that isn’t quite right — a wrong attribution, a missing credit, a licence concern — please drop me a line through the contact form. I’ll sort it out as quickly as I can.

No cookies, no tracking, no nonsense. The site is fully static and GDPR-compliant. That means no cookies, no analytics following you around, no creepy fingerprinting, no selling your data to anyone. You came here to focus, not to be harvested. The internet has become a pretty nasty place for users, and I wanted this little corner of it to feel a bit kinder.
